Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of OptPoP (the "Service"), provided by Pera Pera, Inc. ("we," "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

2. What OptPoP is — and is not

OptPoP is an educational and analytical tool for modeling options strategies (probabilities, payoff, and Greeks). All outputs are model estimates based on assumptions such as Black–Scholes / lognormal price dynamics and the inputs you provide, and they will differ from real market outcomes.

The Service does not provide financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. Options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

3. Market data

If you connect market data, it is retrieved directly from your third-party data provider (e.g., Tradier) using credentials you supply, and is subject to that provider's terms. Data may be delayed or inaccurate; we do not warrant its accuracy and do not store or redistribute it.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Single-leg option calculations are free to use, with advertising. Multi-leg strategies and the full analysis suite (what-if scenarios, strategy comparison, P&L heatmap, backtesting, and broker-portfolio import) require an "OptPoP Pro" subscription. Every account gets a free 30-day trial of full Pro access, starting at sign-up. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via Manage subscription in the app; access continues through the end of the paid period (or trial). See our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service, or use it to violate any law or any third party's rights.

6. Intellectual property

The Service and its source code are the proprietary property of Pera Pera, Inc. and are licensed, not sold. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PERA PERA, INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
